I started out my martial arts career with Kickboxing and Muay Thai in Belfast. I trained at Prokick under ISKA world champion and president Billy Murray. After moving to Newcastle-upon-Tyne I continued my Muay Thai training at the Advanced Fighting Centre where I experimented with various other fighting systems.  When I relocated to London I started training in various Krav Maga systems gaining Instructor status. I finally settled on Urban Krav Maga.  I also enjoy a bit of Brazilian Jiu Jutsu when I get the time. 

I currently teach private and corporate lessons.
